Volunteers

Volunteers are the heart of the Abbey Road Hospice team.  They play a significant role in the lives of our patients and families.  Without volunteers, hospice would not exist. 

Many volunteers join our hospice team because they have personally experienced hospice services.  They understand that their service makes a positive difference in the lives of our patients, families, our employees and our community.  Abbey Road Hospice volunteers help to bring compassion, respect and dignity to the last days of a person’s life. 

Our volunteers truly believe in adding life to days when days cannot be added to life.
